Here is exactly what happens after you submit your proposal, from receipt to decision.
As soon as you submit, your proposal enters our review queue. No auto-rejection. Every submission is read by a human on the DEA Entertainment team, not filtered by an algorithm.
We visit the links you provide, assess fit with current projects and release schedules, and evaluate your proposal against active creative priorities. This typically takes between one and five business days.
If your proposal is a strong match, you will receive a direct email response within 5–10 business days. We do not send form rejections — if you do not hear back within 14 days, it means the timing or alignment was not right for this cycle.
Accepted collaborations move into a scoping conversation to align timelines, expectations, creative vision, and logistics. From there, we move quickly and communicatively to bring the project to life.
